Abstract | The invention relates to an animal medication method, in particular to application of a microneedle technology in animal transdermal administration, and the method comprises three microneedle administration methods: 1) before puncturing into the skin, coating a medicine on the surface of a solid microneedle tip of a patch, the method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a hollow micro-needle array containing medicine, (2) directly contacting the micro-needle array without the medicine with skin, puncturing the micro-needle array into the skin, removing the micro-needle array, and then applying the medicine to the punctured skin, and (3) puncturing the hollow micro-needle containing the medicine into the skin, and enabling the medicine to enter a skin layer through a micro-needle tube to realize transdermal drug delivery.
