Summary:The invention relates to an animal medication method, in particular to application of a microneedle technology in animal transdermal administration, and the method comprises three microneedle administration methods: 1) before puncturing into the skin, coating a medicine on the surface of a solid microneedle tip of a patch, the method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a hollow micro-needle array containing medicine, (2) directly contacting the micro-needle array without the medicine with skin, puncturing the micro-needle array into the skin, removing the micro-needle array, and then applying the medicine to the punctured skin, and (3) puncturing the hollow micro-needle containing the medicine into the skin, and enabling the medicine to enter a skin layer through a micro-needle tube to realize transdermal drug delivery. 本发明涉及动物用药方法,特别涉及微针技术在动物经皮给药方面的应用,本发明的方法包括三种微针给药方法:1)、在刺入皮肤以前,在贴剂的实心微针针尖的表面涂敷上药物,2)、将不含药的微针阵列直接和皮肤接触刺入皮肤后将微针阵列移开,然后再涂敷药物于针刺过的皮肤处,3)、将内含药物的空心微针刺入皮肤后,药物通过微针针管进入皮肤层实现透皮给药。
