Summary:An efficient planting method for interplanting potatoes in a tobacco harvesting period is characterized in that the potatoes are interplanted in the tobacco harvesting period planted in the Yunnan region of Yunnan province in China, and the potatoes are harvested before the frost season comes. The method comprises the following specific steps: ditching beside the tobacco in a harvesting period of the tobacco, laying drip irrigation, applying a base fertilizer, sowing potatoes and covering soil, performing secondary soil covering in a seedling period of the potatoes, performing topdressing in a squaring period, strengthening prevention and control of late blight in the period, and harvesting before a frost season comes.
