Summary:Provided is an external preparation composition for the skin, which contains the following components (A), (B) and (C), the mass ratio (A)/(C) of component (A) to component (C) being 5-23, (A) 1-30 mass% of a polymer that has a silicone structure and has a deformation ratio measured by a predetermined method (1) of 0.3-1, and (B) 1-30 mass% of a polymer that has a silicone structure and has a deformation ratio measured by a predetermined method (1). The minimum diameter of a cylindrical mandrel, which does not cause cracks in the polymer film, is 2-25 mm (inclusive) in a bending resistance test by a cylindrical mandrel method performed by a predetermined method (2); (B) a volatile oil having a volatilization rate of 14% or more after being dried for 30 minutes at 40 DEG C and 60% R.H.
