The invention discloses a smoke and fire hazard gas collecting and converting device which comprises a first fan, a second fan and a filter, the first fan is communicated with a closed space and used for conveying additives into the closed space, the second fan is used for conveying air with smoke/fire to the filter, and the filter is used for filtering the air with the smoke/fire. The filter is used for filtering smoke and dust in smoke/fire in the air and purifying the air; the additive is inert harmless gas or dry ice; a fire extinguishing cover is arranged on the filter and is communicated with an external water tank through an air pipe, so that the air is further purified. Inert harmless gas and dry ice are conveyed into air in a closed environment where smoke diffuses due to fire disasters and the like, and the content of the smoke in the air is reduced while the fire is extinguished; and meanwhile, smoke/fire in the air is filtered and purified through the filter, so that the smoke content in the air i
