The medicine composite coating comprises a first coating and a second coating which are obtained by sequentially depositing a medicine composition B and a medicine composition A, the pharmaceutical composition A is prepared from the following components in parts by weight on the basis of 100 parts of a solvent: 0.25 to 1 part of an acting drug, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of a carrier and 0.1 to 1 part of a film-forming agent; the pharmaceutical composition B is prepared from the following components in parts by weight on the basis of 100 parts of a solvent: 0.25 to 1 part of an acting drug, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of a carrier and 0.05 to 1 part of a stabilizer. The medicine composite coating has high viscosity and adsorbability, has the effect of resisting vascular intimal hyperplasia, and has the effects of preventing biological membr
