The invention relates to a smart park energy control method which comprises the steps of starting a gas generator where a smart park is located, calculating power generation electric energy generated by the gas generator, calculating the total refrigeration capacity of the smart park, starting a waste heat recycling machine corresponding to the gas generator, and controlling the total refrigeration capacity of the smart park according to the waste heat recycling machine.
