The invention provides a hydrogen-electricity integrated controller which comprises a shell, a main drive controller, an air pump controller, an oil pump controller, a direct-current converter DCDC and a high-voltage power distribution module and further comprises a low-voltage power supply module, an alternating-current charging module, a whole vehicle controller and a heat dissipation module. The heat dissipation module comprises at least one temperature detection sensor; at least one circuitous pipeline; one end of the delivery pump is communicated with the circuitous pipeline, and the other end is communicated with a cooling system of the hydrogen electric vehicle; the controller is electrically connected with the conveying pump and the temperature detection sensors and used for controlling work of the conveying pump based on the temperature values detected by the temperature detection sensors.
