Summary:The present invention is a solution for setting a bone made of vertically and horizontally connected molded plates that match the shape and size of a fractured bone to keep the fractured bone fixed and consolidated. For an orthosis, it depicts metal plates connected by horizontal and vertical movement, moulded into the shape and size of the vertebrae and joints to keep them separate. The metal plate has a wave shape, channels and undulations, providing consistency and structural strength for bending, stretching, shearing and bending of the joint. The present invention also describes a process of performing an osteosynthesis using a sheet metal and 3D printing, the surgeon wrapping an osteosynthesis or molded orthosis around the bone, vertebra or joint, fixing with clips, tightening and locking with surgical instruments, without the need for screws.
