Method for producing nylon 6 using hexanolactam oligomer residue
A process for preparing the nylon 6 with dregs of oligomer caprolactam includes ring-opening polymerization at 220-250 deg.C in the presence of catalyst which is one or more selected from a group of phosphates, organic esters, amino acids and caprolactam sodium (potassium), and vacuum polymerization...

Summary: | A process for preparing the nylon 6 with dregs of oligomer caprolactam includes ring-opening polymerization at 220-250 deg.C in the presence of catalyst which is one or more selected from a group of phosphates, organic esters, amino acids and caprolactam sodium (potassium), and vacuum polymerization at 260-285 deg.C and 0.10-1.0 MPa. Obtained nylon 6 has 2.5-3.0 of relative viscosity and may be used as engineering plastics. Said process is suitable for high-alkaline dregs. |
