The hydrogel disclosed by the invention is obtained by reacting hydrogel prepared from a raw material composition in a solution containing Cu < 2 + >, and the raw material composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 0.5 to 1.5 parts of carbon quantum dots, 30 to 60 parts of histidine grafted chitosan and 50 to 150 parts of oxidized hyaluronic acid. The raw material composition can also comprise ZIF-8 loaded with tanshinol.
