The invention relates to a safety air bag folding and packaging device which comprises a rack, a rotating disc mechanism, a turnover mechanism, a rolling mechanism, an extrusion mechanism and a second clamping mechanism, the turnover mechanism is arranged at a feeding parking point of the rotating disc mechanism, and the rolling mechanism comprises a first rolling mechanism and a second rolling mechanism; the folding mechanism, the first rolling and folding mechanism and the second rolling and folding mechanism are sequentially arranged along a plurality of parking points in the rotating direction of the rotating disc mechanism, the extrusion mechanism comprises a first extrusion mechanism and a second extrusion mechanism which are the same in structure, and the first extrusion mechanism is arranged on the outer side of the first rolling and folding mechanism; and the second extruding mechanism is arranged on the outer side of the second rolling and folding mechanism. According to the device, the multi-statio
