The invention relates to an austenitic H-shaped steel shaping method. The shaping method comprises the following steps: (1) mounting an upper die and a lower die corresponding to the specification of H-shaped steel; (2) H-shaped steel is conveyed to a working area of an upper die and a lower die through a feeding rotary riding wheel; (3) the shaping device is started, and the upper die and the lower die cooperate with each other to open the flange plate which is contracted inwards; (4) repeating the step (3) to shape the next section of inner closing-in area; and (5) after shaping, conveying the H steel out of the device.
