Summary:The invention discloses a method for calculating the flow pressure loss of a flexible hose. The method comprises the following steps: (1) determining the relationship between the pipe wall tensile stress and the internal pressure of the hose based on material mechanics; (2) on the basis of a Labbin head loss theory, an iterative calculation method and a material and fluid coupling relationship, determining on-way pressure loss under the condition of considering the deformation of the hose; (3) determining local pressure loss under hose deformation based on hose deformation characteristics; (4) predicting the lowest point position of the hose in use based on the fluid momentum theorem to prevent the hose from being touched; and (5) calculating the total pressure loss of the hose.
