The negative electrode active material includes a first negative electrode active material and a second negative electrode active material, the first negative electrode active material and the second negative electrode active material include lithium silicate phases containing lithium, silicon, and oxygen, and silicon particles dispersed in the lithium silicate phases, the molar ratio (O/Si) of oxygen to silicon in each lithium silicate phase is different, the diameter of the carbon nanotubes is 1-5 nm, and the diameter of the carbon nanotubes is 1-5 nm.
