The invention relates to the technical field of solid waste resource utilization, and discloses a solid waste resource utilization method which comprises the following steps: step 1, putting solid waste resources into a filter chamber, filtering wastewater and fine particles in the solid waste resources, and then separating the wastewater from the fine particles; 2, the filtered solid waste resources are conveyed into a crushing chamber to be circularly crushed into solid waste particles, then the solid waste particles are mixed with fine particles, and a first mixture is obtained; step 3, conveying the first mixture into a storage room, and drying the first mixture; and 4, the dried first mixture is transported to a cement cellar through a transport vehicle to be incinerated.
