The invention relates to a flange type oil pipe hanger for an oil and gas production well head device, which is formed by combining a reducing joint and a mandrel type oil pipe hanger in the well head device into a new integral part. Taper pipe threaded holes are machined in the two ends of a vertically-through center hole, and a section of cylindrical threaded hole is machined below the taper pipe threaded hole in the upper end at intervals.
