Summary: | The invention provides a friction stir welding method for a pure aluminum tubular target material and an aluminum alloy accessory, which comprises the following steps of: (1) sequentially performing extrusion, stretching, straightening heat treatment and machining treatment on the pure aluminum tubular target material to obtain a pure aluminum tubular target material to be welded; the aluminum alloy accessory is machined, and a to-be-welded aluminum alloy accessory is obtained; and (2) the pure aluminum tubular target material to be welded and the aluminum alloy accessory to be welded are subjected to friction stir welding with the rotating speed of a stirring head being 1000-1500 r/min and the moving speed of a welding point being 0.03-0.05 m/min, and the finished tubular target material is obtained.
