Summary: | The invention discloses a gene editing system for constructing an epigenetic disorder model porcine nuclear transplantation donor cell with SETDB1 gene mutation and application of the gene editing system. The invention provides an application of SETDB1-gRNA1 as shown in SEQ ID NO: 16, SETDB1-gRNA4 as shown in SEQ ID NO: 17 and an NCN protein in preparation of a kit. The invention also provides a method for preparing the recombinant cell. The method comprises the following steps: co-transfecting a porcine cell with the SETDB1-gRNA1, the SETDB1-gRNA4 and the NCN protein to obtain the recombinant cell. The recombinant cell is a recombinant cell in which the SETDB1 gene is mutated.
