Summary: | The invention relates to a material in the field of medical supplies, in particular to a preparation method of a sports colloid dressing with multi-mode synergistic antibiosis, freezing resistance, water retention and biocompatibility. In order to prepare a wound dressing with multi-mode antibiosis, adhesion, freezing resistance, water retention and photo-thermal response by taking DMC, SA, dopamine and glycerol as main raw materials, the sports colloid dressing provided by the invention comprises the following components in percentage by mass and volume: 1 to 3 weight percent of SA, 20 to 30 weight percent of DMC, 1 to 7 weight percent of PDA, 80 v/v percent of glycerol, 1 weight percent of initiator and 1 weight percent of cross-linking agent. The prepared wound dressing not only has excellent biological safety, anti-freezing water retention performance and adhesivity, but also integrates quaternary ammonium salt antibiosis and photo-thermal therapy, and has good application prospects.
