Summary: | The invention relates to an administration method for increasing the biological activity of a small interfering RNA (Ribonucleic Acid) sequence in skin by utilizing infrared light, which comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving lipidosome in an optimized culture solution, and standing; (2) dissolving the small interfering RNA sequence in the optimized culture solution, and standing; (3) mixing the solution obtained in the step (1) and the solution obtained in the step (2), and standing; (4) dissolving the solution in the step (3) into a carrier solution; (5) irradiating the position, needing administration, of the skin with a certain dose of infrared light, and uniformly coating the irradiated position with the solution obtained in the step (4); the wavelength range of the infrared light ranges from 1500 nm to 2000 nm. According to the invention, the skin is irradiated by infrared light, so that the biological activity of the small interfering RNA sequence on the skin is increased, a basis is established |
