The present invention relates to a locking device of a turning type seat of a vehicle, comprising: a driving plate coupled to a connecting frame connecting a side frame supporting a seat cushion frame and a seat back frame, the connecting frame being moved to a turning position during a turning operation of the seat; a pawl which is installed on the connecting frame and restrains the driving plate at a position before the overturning operation of the seat or releases the restraining of the driving plate during the overturning operation; the locking rod is installed on the connecting frame and rotates the pawl in the direction of restraining the driving plate or the direction of releasing the restraining driving plate; and a pressurizing shaft fixed to a lower end portion of the seat belt buckle and coupled to the connecting frame in a laterally protruding manner to apply a load to the pawl in a direction in which the pawl is locked with the driving plate according to the load applied to the seat belt buckle,
