The invention discloses an electrochromic assembly and a manufacturing method thereof.The assembly comprises a first electrode layer, a second electrode layer opposite to the first electrode layer and a solid electrochromic layer between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer, and the electrochromic layer is of a composite structure of a polymer connecting material and an electrochromic material; the heating layer acts on the electrochromic layer, and the viscosity of the electrochromic layer is changed in response to the change of temperature. The all-in-one electrochromic device is heated in a short time by fully utilizing the transparency and heating characteristics of the transparent heating film, and the viscosity of the solid all-in-one electrochromic layer is reduced, so that the ion migration rate is increased, and the electrochromic effect is improved.
