The invention relates to the technical field of grid cabinets, in particular to a grid cabinet with a refrigeration function, which comprises a cabinet body, a controller arranged at the top of the cabinet body and a double-compressor refrigeration system controlled by the controller to operate, and the double-compressor refrigeration system comprises a first compressor, a second compressor, a condenser and an evaporator, and the first compressor and the second compressor are respectively and independently connected with the same condenser and the same evaporator. The two sides of the cabinet body are each provided with a storage chamber, and an upward air channel is formed between the storage chambers. An evaporator is arranged on the inner bottom wall of the upward air duct, and an evaporation fan is arranged above the evaporator. A plurality of storage grids which are arranged in a layered manner from top to bottom are arranged in the storage chamber, and ventilation openings are formed in a top plate of e
