A water inlet is formed in a first side surface of the sedimentation tank, and a water outlet is formed in a second side surface opposite to the first side surface; hollow interlayers are vertically arranged on the first side surfaces of the two sedimentation tanks, and the water inlet penetrates through the hollow interlayers; a linked switch valve is arranged in the hollow interlayer, and the linked switch valve is in sliding connection with the hollow interlayer; a blowdown device is arranged at the bottom of the sedimentation tank in a sinking manner; the blowdown device is positioned at one end, close to the second side surface, of the bottom of the sedimentation tank. The sedimentation tank is of a topless three-dimensional structure, the water inflow in the sedimentation tank can be rap
