The invention relates to a PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) reaction system. The PCR reaction system comprises reagents necessary for PCR reaction; and a fluorine-containing compound wherein the fluorine-containing compound is formulated to have a concentration in the reaction system in the range of from 4 mM to 24 mM, in any bound form of free fluorine ions and fluorine ions. The reaction system improves the detection specificity.
