The invention discloses a modified polycarbonate composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The modified polycarbonate composite material disclosed by the invention is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 38.5 to 77.8 percent of polycarbonate, 20 to 50 percent of polyphenylene sulfone resin, 0.5 to 3 percent of chain extender, 1 to 5 percent of glass beads or glass powder and 0.7 to 3.5 percent of auxiliary agent, wherein the chain extender is an epoxy chain extender. The modified polycarbonate composite material disclosed by the invention is high in transparency and low in expansion coefficient, and the temperature resistance and the shrinkage performance are improved. 本发明公开了一种改性聚碳酸酯复合材料及其制备方法和应用。本发明的改性聚碳酸酯复合材料，按重量百分比计，包含如下组分：聚碳酸酯38.5-77.8％、聚亚苯基砜树脂20-50％、扩链剂0.5-3％、玻璃微珠或玻璃粉1-5％、助剂0.7-3.5％；其中，所述扩链剂为环氧类扩链剂。本发明的改性聚碳酸酯复合材料，透明性高、膨胀系数低，耐温性和收缩性能得到改善。
