Summary: | The invention discloses a targeted sulfate-erosion-resistant preservative with a spherical shell structure as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of building materials. The preservative disclosed by the invention is obtained by carrying out cross-linking and curing on sodium carboxylate emulsion containing nano silicon dioxide in a barium salt solution and curing in the barium salt solution. The sulfate corrosion resistance of the concrete can be improved from three aspects: firstly, SO4 < 2-> diffused into a cement matrix can generate barium sulfate precipitate with the preservative; secondly, generated barium sulfate is deposited in capillary pores of set cement, and the pore diameter of the capillary pores is refined, so that the diffusion velocity of SO4 < 2-> is reduced; and thirdly, the nano silicon dioxide has a microcrystal nucleus effect and a pozzolanic effect, cement hydration is accelerated, and pores of the cement-based material are optimized. |
