Summary: | The invention discloses a preparation method of rumen protected methionine, which comprises the following steps: pre-coating methionine crystals in a fluidized bed coating machine to change the surface physical properties of the methionine crystals; uniformly mixing the pre-coated powder, an auxiliary agent and water, and extruding and cutting in a double-screw extruder to obtain a regular core material; and finally, carrying out secondary coating on the core material in a fluidized bed coating machine to obtain a rumen protected methionine finished product. The rumen protected methionine prepared by the method disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of stable and controllable extrusion process, good release result reproducibility, high product percent of pass and high bioavailability.
本发明公开了一种过瘤胃蛋氨酸的制备方法,蛋氨酸结晶首先在流化床包衣机中进行预包衣,改变蛋氨酸结晶的表面物理性质;然后将预包衣粉料、助剂、水混合均匀后在双螺杆挤出机中进行挤出及切割得到规整的芯料;最后芯料在流化床包衣机中进行二次包衣,得到过瘤胃蛋氨酸成品。采用本专利方法制备的过瘤胃蛋氨酸具有:挤压过程稳定可控,释放结果重现性好,产品合格率高,生物利用率高的特点。 |
