The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing a certain amount of dialdehyde carboxymethyl cellulose serving as a cross-linking agent with a polymer, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment; then mixing with PVA (Polyvinyl Alcohol); adding a conductive substance, then adding a thermal initiator ammonium persulfate (APS) into the mixed solution, then injecting the mixed solution into a glass mold, heating for 10 hours at 50 DEG C, and then carrying out circulating freeze thawing to obtain the required hydrogel.
