The system comprises a sensing subsystem which obtains environment monitoring data, component monitoring data and structure monitoring data of a target historic building through a sensor; the data acquisition and transmission subsystem acquires the monitoring data acquired by the sensing subsystem and preprocesses the monitoring data; the data storage and management subsystem receives the preprocessed monitoring data, performs attribute storage according to different attributes of the monitoring data, and performs secondary processing on the preprocessed monitoring data to obtain time-frequency domain parameters; and the damage positioning and early warning subsystem performs structural damage identification by using a CNN convolutional neural network and outputs a health monitoring result.
