Summary: | The invention relates to a long-life oxygen lance nozzle for converter smelting, the oxygen lance nozzle comprises a nozzle body made of a red copper material, and the nozzle body is cladded with a titanium-based alloy in an electric arc cladding manner; the thickness of the cladding titanium-based alloy ranges from 1 mm to 3 mm. According to the technical scheme, the spray hole is designed in the center of the nozzle, and the problem of steel adhesion is solved; and meanwhile, titanium-based alloy with a certain thickness is sprayed on the spray head, so that molten steel corrosion resistance is provided, and the service life of the spray head is prolonged.
