Summary:The invention discloses an impact-resistant acrylic plate and a preparation method thereof. The acrylic plate is prepared from the following raw materials: methyl methacrylate, an azo compound, low-molecular wax, an ethylene-containing copolymer, glycidyl methacrylate, zinc stearate and an inorganic filler. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, adding the ethylene-containing copolymer, the low-molecular wax, the methyl methacrylate and the methacrylic acid derivative into a stirring device, uniformly stirring, then adding the inorganic filler, the azo compound and the zinc stearate, uniformly mixing, extruding into a mold through a screw extruder, curing, and demolding to obtain the acrylic plate.
