Summary: | The invention belongs to the field of chemical analysis and testing, and particularly relates to a fluorescent reagent for detecting dimethyl chlorophosphate and a preparation method of the fluorescent reagent. The fluorescent reagent is a coumarin compound based on a 5-aminoquinoline derivative as a target spot. The target part takes 5-aminoquinoline as a raw material, the 5-aminoquinoline and chloroacetyl chloride are subjected to an acylation reaction and then substituted with N-Boc-1, 4-phenylenediamine, and Boc is removed to obtain the target part; the final compound is prepared from a fluorescent dye 7-(diethylamino) coumarin-3-formic acid and a target part under the alkaline condition of N, N-diisopropylethylamine and under the catalysis of 1H-benzotriazole-1-oxytripyrrolidinyl hexafluorophosphate.
