The invention discloses a pin shaft, a pedal assembly and a vehicle. The pin shaft comprises a sleeve, a push rod and a clamping piece, a penetrating hole is formed in the sleeve and extends in the axial direction of the sleeve, and a through hole is formed in the outer wall of the sleeve and communicates with the penetrating hole.
