Summary:The hot-rolled thin strip steel with the tensile strength larger than or equal to 1200 MPa produced through a TSR production line comprises, by weight, one or two of 0.12%-0.20% of C, 1.8%-3.0% of Mn, smaller than or equal to 0.01% of P, smaller than or equal to 0.01% of S, 0.015%-0.050% of Als, smaller than or equal to 1.0% of Cr, smaller than or equal to 0.005% of N, 0.01%-0.05% of Nb or 0.06%-0.20% of V, the production method comprises the following steps: conventional smelting and refining; casting to form a blank; hot rolling; cooling is performed; after coiling, naturally cooling to room temperature; and carrying out cold forming after uncoiling and blanking. By adding Nb or V or a combination of Nb and V and adopting a TSR short-process technology for production, the mechanical property of the steel is guaranteed, repeated heating, multiple dephosphorization, multi-pass rolling and the like of strip steel can be reduced, cold rolling and heat treatment can be omitted, energy consumption can be reduced
