The invention belongs to the related technical field of ink-jet printing, and discloses a supercritical gas auxiliary electric spraying device and method.The device comprises a gas conveying module, a pressurizing module, a liquid conveying module, a spraying module and a control module, and the gas conveying module, the pressurizing module and the liquid conveying module are connected to the spraying module; the control module is connected to the gas transmission module, the pressurization module, the liquid transmission module and the spraying module. The spraying module comprises a spray head and a base plate arranged below the spray head; the control module comprises a processor, and a heater and a high-voltage power supply which are respectively connected to the processor; the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the high-voltage power supply are connected to the nozzle of the sprayer and the substrate respectively, and the substrate is grounded. According to the invention, the combined appli
