The invention discloses a conduit non-slotting laying construction method which comprises the following steps: according to the specifications and positions of a box to be installed and a conduit, combining the specifications of adopted building blocks and the thickness of mortar joints, performing masonry structure brick arrangement design by utilizing BIM and other technologies, reserving the installation positions of the box and the conduit, designing masonry on two sides of the box and the conduit according to a combed joint mode, and constructing the conduit. The building blocks on the periphery of the box are processed according to the brick arrangement design. When the masonry structure is constructed, a box and a guide pipe area are reserved firstly, after the box and the guide pipe are installed in place, a baffle is installed, concrete is adopted for pouring gaps around the box and the guide pipe, and an upper wall is built after the baffle is removed. By means of the construction method, the influe
