The shield coil (15) is wound around the solenoid coil with an insulating tape (30) therebetween. One end of a first lead wire (34) is joined to one end (14a) of the solenoid coil and both ends (15a, 15b) of the shield coil (15), and the other end is connected to a stable potential.
