Summary:The invention relates to a method for recovering valuable elements in electrolytic manganese leaching residues, which comprises the following steps of: feeding the electrolytic manganese leaching residues containing the valuable elements into an ore pulp stirring tank (1) for pulp mixing and stirring to obtain electrolytic manganese leaching residue slurry; the electrolytic manganese leaching residue slurry enters a flotation unit (2) to be subjected to flotation treatment, and sulfur concentrate slurry and scavenging tailing slurry are obtained; the flotation treatment comprises a one-rough one-scavenging one-fine flotation process, ore pulp obtained through one-time fine selection is the sulfur concentrate pulp, and ore pulp obtained through one-time scavenging is the scavenged tailing pulp; the valuable elements comprise gold and/or silver. By the adoption of the method, gold, silver, sulfur, lead, zinc and other valuable elements in the electrolytic manganese leaching residues can be effectively separated
