Summary:Disclosed herein are bifurcated endoprosthetic devices, systems, and methods for treating human vasculature diseases. In various embodiments, the bifurcated endoprosthesis includes a trunk portion and a plurality of legs, where the legs are constrained such that they remain aligned with each other. In some examples, legs and bifurcations of an endoprosthetic device may be formed by cutting a tubular graft component in a longitudinal central region along a portion less than an entire periphery thereof and then folding the tubular graft component along an uncut portion defining a bifurcation to define two legs.
