The invention relates to the technical field of super-hydrophobic membrane materials, in particular to a super-hydrophobic nanofiber membrane and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: immersing a PI/PANI composite membrane into a suspension of a super-hydrophobic compound POSS-b-PDMS-b-PS, standing for a period of time, and then heating and adhering to obtain a super-hydrophobic nanofiber membrane; and the super-hydrophobic compound POSS-b-PDMS-b-PS is prepared from styrene, polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane and polydimethylsiloxane through copolymerization. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the super-hydrophobic compound. According to the prepared super-hydrophobic nanofiber membrane, the water contact angle can reach 167.7 +/-0.5 degrees, and the super-hydrophobic nanofiber membrane is high in hydrophobicity and low in surface energy. 本发明涉及超疏水膜材料技术领域，尤其涉及一种超疏水纳米纤维膜及其制备方法。所述制备方法包括以下步骤：将PI/PANI复合膜浸入超疏水化合物POSS-b-PDMS-b-PS的悬浮液中，静置一段时间后进行加热附着
