Summary: | The invention belongs to the field of biological detection, and particularly relates to a cyanine probe based on 4-amino-2-mercaptopyrimidine-5-carboxylic acid ethyl ester as well as a preparation method and application of the cyanine probe. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing a CY5.5 dye, then reacting the CY5.5 dye with N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) to form active ester, finally reacting with 4-amino-2-mercaptopyrimidine-5-carboxylic acid ethyl ester under an alkaline condition, and separating an obtained crude product through a thin layer chromatography to obtain a final product CY5.5 O. The cyanine probe prepared by the invention has excellent optical performance and can selectively recognize lysozyme in a fluorescence change mode.
