The method comprises the following steps: 1, taking puffed corn straw as a fermentation substrate; and 2, sterilizing the fermentation substrate, inoculating the clostridium thermocellum seed solution into the sterilized fermentation substrate in an anaerobic incubator, and carrying out anaerobic fermentation. The method is used for producing sugar by fermenting the corn straws.
