The invention provides a dialogue stream diagnosis method and device, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a dialogue record of interaction between a user and a dialogue terminal, and enabling a dialogue terminal part of the dialogue record to be generated according to a first single branch path of a dialogue stream; determining whether the dialogue record contains a keyword; if yes, the type of a first node of the first single branch path is determined according to the keyword, and the first node is matched with the dialogue record containing the keyword; according to the type of the first node and the dialogue record, an answer verbal skill is determined, the answer verbal skill is used for triggering the dialogue terminal to make a first response according to other paths of the dialogue stream, and the second single-branch path is different from the first single-branch path; and if the first response is abnormal, verifying the configuration of the node for the dialogue terminal to make the first r
