Summary:The hot-rolled strip steel with the tensile strength larger than or equal to 1500 MPa produced through a TSR production line comprises, by weight, one or more than two of 0.20%-0.25% of C, 0.25%-0.50% of Si, 1.30%-2.00% of Mn, smaller than or equal to 0.01% of P, smaller than or equal to 0.01% of S, 0.015%-0.050% of Als, 0.4%-1.0% of Cr, smaller than or equal to 0.005% of N and 0.016%-0.035% of Nb or 0.016%-0.035% of Ti or 0.06%-0.20% of V. The process comprises the steps of conventional smelting and refining; casting to form a blank; hot rolling; cooling is performed; after coiling, naturally cooling; and carrying out cold forming after uncoiling and blanking.
