The invention relates to a continuous filling production method and device for an anti-counterfeit label, and the method is characterized in that a blank label is placed on a multi-clamping-position feeding tray, more than two label clamping positions are arranged on the multi-clamping-position feeding tray at equal intervals and in the same specification, and when the blank label is placed in any clamping position, two opposite sides of the blank label are provided with calibration marks; detecting and recording in-place data of the blank label, moving the spray valve to a position above a label clamping position corresponding to the in-place data according to the in-place data (xi, yi) of the blank label, acquiring a current in-place image of the blank label again, finding a calibration identifier, and sequentially spraying more than two ink bag dot matrixes in the blank label according to a set code spraying pattern; repeating until all blank labels in the current multi-clamping-position feeding tray are c
