Summary: | A control device (1) for a robot (200) is provided with: a voltage detection unit (3) that detects a power supply voltage input from a power supply (100); and a determination unit (4) that determines whether or not to perform a power cut process of a guarantee operation on the basis of the power supply voltage detected by the voltage detection unit (3), the determination unit (4) being provided with a first timer that starts timing when the detected power supply voltage is equal to or less than a first threshold voltage for the guarantee operation and that starts timing when the detected power supply voltage is equal to or less than a second threshold voltage for the guarantee operation. When the power supply voltage does not exceed the first threshold voltage until the time measured by the first timer becomes a predetermined time greater than one cycle of the power supply voltage, the determination unit (4) determines that the power cut process is performed.
