Comprising the following steps: acquiring a thermal power generating unit power generation cost quotation, a thermal power generating unit standby scheduling cost quotation, a thermal power generating unit starting cost, an interruptible load power utilization cost quotation, an interruptible load standby scheduling cost quotation, a new energy unit power generation predicted quantity and a load predicted quantity of a power system; calling a preset power system joint clearing model to obtain a power system clearing result; and controlling the power system to operate according to the clearing result of the power system.
