An ultrasonic treatment device includes a knife configured to apply ultrasonic vibrations to target tissue and a jaw movable relative to the knife between an open configuration and a closed configuration. In some embodiments, the jaw includes a base having an inner channel and a plurality of slots in communication with the inner channel and a pad having a plurality of protrusions, each protrusion configured to be received within a different one of the plurality of slots. In another example, the jaw includes: a base having a pair of sidewalls defining an internal channel, one of the sidewalls including a track member extending into the channel; and a pad having a single groove for receiving the track member when the pad is positioned within the channel.
